Your safety and peace of mind are important to us. All Clean & Care staff undertaking client-facing care, companionship and support work will be subject to the appropriate Enhanced DBS check, where the role is eligible.

We believe that providing a trustworthy and professional service starts with making sure our clients feel comfortable and confident in the person entering their home.

Minimum Visit

To provide enough time to deliver a worthwhile service, our minimum booking is 2 hours per visit.

This allows sufficient time for domestic cleaning, companionship and practical support without making visits feel rushed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full agreed booking rate.

This is because appointment time is reserved specifically for you and short-notice cancellations can prevent us from offering that time to another client.

We will always try to be understanding where there are exceptional circumstances, and each situation will be considered reasonably.

Our Services

Clean & Care provides:

• Domestic cleaning
• Regular and one-off cleaning
• Cleaning whilst providing companionship
• Companionship and practical household support
• Shopping and everyday errands
• Chaperone services for appointments and outings

Our care and companionship service does not include personal hygiene or personal care, such as bathing, washing, dressing, toileting or administering medication.

We also do not provide live-in care.

Our aim is to provide friendly, reliable practical support while helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.
